Handle Slack interactive component callbacks.

This endpoint receives button clicks, dropdown selections, and other
interactive actions from Slack messages. It verifies the request signature
using SLACK_SIGNING_SECRET, then routes actions to the appropriate handler.

Public endpoint - Slack calls this directly, no auth context.
