`GET /api/v1/billing/usage/intelligence`

Get current intelligence query usage and limits for the company.

Returns:
    StandardResponse with data containing:
    - current_usage: Current monthly usage count
    - query_limit: Maximum queries allowed per month
    - is_unlimited: Whether tier has unlimited queries
    - remaining_queries: Queries remaining this month
    - percentage_used: Percentage of limit used (0-100)
    - tier_name: Subscription tier name
