# Introduce or restore an incident across all current teams

`POST /api/control/incidents/all`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://sim.animahealth.com`
- URL: `https://sim.animahealth.com/api/control/incidents/all`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

expectedWorlds must match the current registered team worlds returned by GET /api/control/teams; otherwise 409 with no changes. Applies atomically to all reviewed teams. Excludes the default seed world and future teams. Restoring a service clears the incident but does not undo generated work such as demand-surge requests.
