`GET /audio-messages/{message_id}/`

  - `id` integer, required: Audio message ID
  - `name` string, required: Audio message name
  - `message` string, url, required: URL where the audio message content can be downloaded

- `401`: Missing or invalid authorization.
- `403`: Missing permission.
- `404`: The specified resource was not found
