- TaskRequest
  - `task` object, required
    - `instruction` string, required
  - `strategy` 'auto' | 'direct' | 'cheap_first_escalate' | 'plan_execute_verify' | 'jev_first'
  - `requirements` object: Capability, quality SLA, privacy, risk, latency, and DataPolicy constraints.
  - `economics` object: Business value, maximum task budget, currency, and attribution contract.
  - `verification` object: Explicit success contract for the completed task.
  - `decision` object: Optional Jev-first controls. Real Jev calls require one typed noul, choice, or score question.
