# Get Requested Human Interventions

`GET /v1/sessions/{session_id}/agent/requested-human-intervention`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.anchorbrowser.io`
- URL: `https://api.anchorbrowser.io/v1/sessions/{session_id}/agent/requested-human-intervention`
- Auth: API key in header `anchor-api-key`

Retrieves pending human-in-the-loop (HITL) requests for a specific active browser
session. Requires `human_intervention: true` on the task that is running in the
session. The agent pauses until a response is submitted via
`POST /v1/sessions/{session_id}/agent/respond-to-human-intervention`.

## Path parameters

- `session_id` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

Pending intervention requests retrieved successfully

  - `data` object, required
    - `status` string, required: Operation status (e.g. `success`).
    - `message` string: Human-readable status message from the browser agent.
    - `requests` HumanInterventionRequest[], required: Pending intervention requests for this session.
      - `requestId` string, required: Unique identifier for the intervention request. Use this when responding.
      - `message` string, required: The agent's prompt or question for the human operator.
      - `inputType` 'text' | 'confirm' | 'fields': Expected response format (camelCase alias).
      - `fields` HumanInterventionField[], nullable: Form fields to collect when `inputType` is `fields`.
        - `name` string, required: Field identifier used in the response payload.
        - `label` string, required: Human-readable label displayed in the UI.
        - `description` string, nullable: Optional helper text for the field.
        - `required` boolean, nullable: Whether the field must be filled before submitting a response.
        - `type` 'text' | 'number' | 'url' | 'email' | 'password', nullable: Input type for the field.
        - `placeholder` string, nullable: Placeholder text shown in the input.
        - `defaultValue` string, nullable: Default value for the field (camelCase alias).

## Other responses

- `400`: Session is not running
- `404`: Session not found
- `500`: Failed to get agent requested human intervention
