netfacts lane. The agent measures download/upload Mbps and latency from the HOST network namespace against a public endpoint (bounded 30 s) and answers with a machine.nettest receipt that updates the machine's net facts. 202 = queued, never the measurement itself.

## Response `202`

Queued; body carries machine_id, command_id, state=QUEUED.

## Other responses

- `default`: Error envelope. 401 unauthenticated, 403/404 forbidden, 409 conflict, 422 invalid input, 429 rate limited (code UNAVAILABLE, retryable:true, no Retry-After header), 503 unavailable money/provider state with retryable:true.
