`GET /api/platform/v1/subscriptions/kinds`

Catalog of the event source kinds a Subscription can name, each with its config fields (key, type, required, description) so a subscription can be configured correctly from the catalog alone. Read when authoring or editing a subscription, or when the user asks what events can trigger an agent.
