Fire one Subscription right now with a labeled synthetic event, exercising the identical path a real occurrence takes. Use when verifying a freshly created or edited event trigger end-to-end before its source fires for real. Returns the Chat and run handles (stream/read/resume URLs) so the fired run can be watched.
