`GET /api/platform/v1/setup/status`

Check the calling credential end to end: the workspace and role it acts as, its effective scopes, whether the message optimizer would run for it (and the one blocker if not), and which data connections need attention. Use when a call is refused for scope, role or quota, or to confirm a new connection works before relying on it.
