# Startup Funding Rounds Search: SEC Form D, Official Data

`GET /v1/funding-rounds-form-d`

## Request

Find recent startup funding rounds from official SEC Form D filings (Regulation D private placements): company, state, industry group, offering amount, amount sold, first sale date, investor count and the filing link. Filter by date, industry, state and size; funds are excluded by default. Company-level only: no officers, directors or other persons are returned.

## Query parameters

- `since` string: First filing date (YYYY-MM-DD). Default: 7 days ago. Use the date of your last run for new rounds only.
- `until` string: Last filing date (YYYY-MM-DD). Default: today. At most 14 days after since.
- `industries` string[]: Keep filings whose Form D industry group contains one of these words (for example Technology, Biotechnology, Computers, Health). Default: all except funds.
- `states` string[]: Issuer state or country codes (for example CA, NY, TX).
- `minAmountUsd` integer: Minimum total offering amount in USD.
- `includeFunds` boolean: Also return pooled investment funds, REITs and similar vehicles (excluded by default).
- `includeAmendments` boolean: Also return Form D/A amendments (default: new filings only).
- `limit` integer: Maximum rounds returned. Each returned round is one billable result.
- `maxSeconds` integer: Time budget for reading filings. A weekly scheduled run over many filings should use 300 or more; the result says whether every filing in range was read (complete) and gives nextSince for the next run.

Result (JSON). Every result names its source and the time it was read.
