# Get Property Types

`GET /parameters/property-types`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.alto.zoopladev.co.uk`
- URL: `https://api.alto.zoopladev.co.uk/parameters/property-types`
- Auth: `appAuth` (a scheme the document does not define)

Returns the property types available to the caller's group. Use the returned `code`s when specifying
an applicant requirement's property types. Property types are defined per Group, so the list is scoped
to the group context of the request.
