Get a paginated list of negotiators

## Query parameters

- `next-token` string
- `max-results` integer

Returns a paginated list of negotiators

    - `previousToken` string, nullable
  - `items` Negotiator[], nullable
    - `id` string, nullable: The id of the negotiator.
    - `title` string, nullable: The title of the negotiator.
    - `name` string, nullable: The name of the negotiator.
    - `email` string, nullable: The email of the negotiator.
    - `loginName` string, nullable: The login name of the negotiator. It usually (but not always) contains the individual user's email address.
    - `phoneNumber` string, nullable: All the phone numbers of the negotiator.
    - `role` string, nullable: The role or job title of the negotiator.
    - `authorisedSignatory` boolean: Whether the negotiator is an authorised signatory.
