`GET /v1/property`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://agents.alphaquantlabs.ai`

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - none

The property and its surroundings - the street and traffic, parking, nearby buildings, hazards and planning - with source and status where supplied by the result. Coverage is checked first: a point outside coverage answers 404 out_of_coverage before any payment offer. Not a valuation.

- `lng` number, required

## Other responses

- `400`: lat/lng missing or invalid (free)
- `401`: no key and no x402 rail
- `402`: insufficient credits, or x402 PAYMENT-REQUIRED for a keyless call
- `404`: out_of_coverage - never charged
- `409`: in_progress - same Idempotency-Key still running
- `429`: rate limit or daily cap
- `502`: envelope_refused - refunded
- `503`: upstream_unavailable / coverage_unknown - refunded
