Compatibility route for earlier integrations. Returns only runtime-usable payment choices and one private purchase pair. New MCP clients should use check_address then get_full_report. Select exactly one choice; switching rails for the same purchase is refused to prevent double charging. Points outside coverage get 404 and no purchase pair.

  - `choices` object[], required: Only payment choices proven usable by this runtime.
  - `future_adapters` object[], required: Prepared but non-live adapters. availability is never live without runtime configuration.
  - `future_layers` object, required: Future authorization and commerce layers; not payment rails and not claimed live.

- `400`: bad coordinates
- `429`: rate limit
- `503`: payment choice storage unavailable
