# Stateless Streamable HTTP MCP: check_address (free) and get_full_report (x402, card, or existing B2B API key)

## Request

Call check_address with one Gold Coast or Brisbane street address for coverage and a short propertycheck/2 summary. Then call get_full_report with the same address: without a key the result is a standard x402 v2 PaymentRequired (A$1.39 incl. GST) and the paid retry carries params._meta['x402/payment']. A wallet-less user may explicitly choose the A$4.95 human card fallback: call the same tool with payment_method='card', send checkout_url only to the human, then poll the same tool with its private purchase_id and access_token. Existing B2B API-key accounts are also supported. Coverage is checked before any payment offer. A purchased report_id can be re-viewed or expanded with detail=full at zero additional charge using its owning key or original settled x402 proof; card retrieval uses purchase_id and access_token.

JSON-RPC over application/json, including standard x402 MCP PaymentRequired and human card continuation results

- `202`: notification accepted
- `401`: a call that needs a key, without one
- `429`: keyless rate limit
