Create a one-shot URL for the agent's human operator to sign with their wallet.

Successful Response

- CreatePendingResponse: Claim-URL flow — response to the agent's create request.
  - `nonce` string, required
  - `link_url` string, required: URL to hand to the human operator. They open it in a browser, connect a Solana wallet (Phantom / hardware / mobile), and sign. Poll GET /v1/agents/me until wallet_linked is true.
  - `expires_at` string, required
  - `expires_in` integer, required
