`GET /api/ticker/{symbol}/sec-filings`

Get SEC filings for a ticker from SEC EDGAR API.
Shows 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Form 4, and other public filings.
Public endpoint (rate-limited by IP).

Returns: recent filings with links to SEC.gov

## Path parameters

- `symbol` string, required: Stock ticker symbol (e.g. AAPL)

## Query parameters

- `limit` integer: Number of recent filings to return
