# One day's root and the entry hashes it covers

`GET /api/run-log/roots/{day}`

## Request

The root of one UTC day plus the entry hashes it covers, in root order (created_at, agent_id, seq), so anyone can recompute it (see `hash_recipe`). Up to 5000 hashes per call; page with `offset`.

## Path parameters

- `day` string, required: UTC day as YYYY-MM-DD

## Query parameters

- `offset` integer: Hashes to skip
- `limit` integer: Hashes to return (max 5000)

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- unknown

## Other responses

- `404`: No root for that day (yet)
- `422`: Invalid day
