Get PTR attribution analysis for a confluence

Compare insider returns (from trade_date) vs public returns (from filing_date+1)
to measure information decay due to disclosure lag.

Args:
    confluence_id: Confluence event ID
    window_days: Forward return window (default: 30 days)
    user: Current authenticated user

Returns:
    Dict with attribution metrics:
    - avg_insider_return: Average return from politician trade dates
    - avg_public_return: Average return from filing dates
    - avg_info_decay: Average information decay (insider - public)
    - decay_percentage: Decay as percentage of insider return
    - sample_size: Number of PTRs analyzed
    - window_days: Time window used

## Path parameters

- `confluence_id` string, required: Confluence event UUID

## Query parameters

- `window_days` integer: Lookback window in days
