# Creates a funding wallet

`POST /v1beta/accounts/{account_id}/funding_wallet`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://broker-api.giftcity.sandbox.in.alpaca.markets`

- Auth: HTTP basic

Creates a funding wallet for the specified account. The request is rejected if the account already has a funding wallet.

  - `status` 'active' | 'pending' | 'disabled', required: Status: * `active`: The funding wallet is ready * `pending`: The funding wallet is being processed * `disabled`: The funding wallet is disabled
