`GET /api/v1/reference-rate/{date}`

AllRatesToday Daily Reference Rate: one immutable mid-market USD table per business day, fixed at 16:00 Europe/London as the per-currency median of five once-a-minute samples (15:57:30–16:02:30). Never revised. Not the WM/Refinitiv fix and not a registered benchmark; for index calculation, research and reporting. Methodology: https://allratestoday.com/reference-rate/ Weekends/holidays return the previous business day (rate_date says which).
