Удаление из инструмента лайков (Денис 03.08.2026): либо конкретная
связка дизайн×продукт, либо дизайн целиком со всеми товарами.

«Удаление» здесь — стойкие к ОМС-ресинку механизмы, а не goods.active:
scope=product добавляет тип в designs.disabled_products (товар исчезает с
витрины и из выгрузок), scope=design ставит banned — полный съём дизайна,
тот же путь, что set_design_banned в MCP.
