Create Edge Node

  - `displayName` string, required
  - `proxyAddress` string, required
  - `partitionId` string, required
  - `default` boolean: Default node for partition
  - `resetAuthToken` boolean: Generate a new authToken

## Response `201`

Created

  - `id` string, uuid
  - `authToken` string, uuid: Token used to obtain edge node file from external endpoint
  - `displayName` string, required
  - `proxyAddress` string, required
  - `partitionId` string, required
  - `default` boolean: Default node for partition

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Partition not found
- `422`: Body missing required fields
