Retrieves time of the last update, the expected time of the next update and the status code for my datasets

  - `last_update_time` string, date-time, nullable, required: A UTC timestamp of the most recent data update.
  - `expected_next_update` string, date-time, nullable, required: The expected time of next scheduled update.
  - `status` 'OK' | 'No Data' | 'Partial Outage' | 'Down', required: A status type of the ArdaDB table
  - `dataset_id` string, required: The unique text identifier of the dataset.
