# Pay out to a wallet

`POST /v1/customers/{customerId}/payouts/stablecoin`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.sandbox.alfredpay.io`
- URL: `https://api.sandbox.alfredpay.io/v1/customers/{customerId}/payouts/stablecoin`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `api-key` and API key in header `api-secret`

Sends stablecoin to a linked wallet. No Travel Rule payload is required on any stablecoin leg, in either direction.

Whether the destination is third-party is read from the linked account's derived `relationship_type`. Where it is, the customer needs the `stablecoin_payout.third_party` endorsement, so check for it rather than catching the error.

Every payout is checked against the outbound transfer policy first. Outside policy you get a `202` with `PENDING_COMPLIANCE` and `PAUSED`, routed to a dual-approval queue. It's never a silent rejection.
