Sign in with Apple via backend.

Receives the Apple identity token from the mobile client's native
Sign in with Apple SDK, exchanges it for Firebase tokens via REST API.
Required for App Store approval when other social logins are offered.

- AppleSignInRequest: Schema for Apple sign-in via backend (reCAPTCHA bypass).
