`GET /admin/announcements`

## Request

Every push sent by ``app/scripts/send_push_announcement.py``.

Two views of the same table, because they answer different questions.
The summary answers "what have we ever sent, and did it land"; the row
list answers "what exactly did this camper see".  Both read
``push_campaign_sends``, which is written by nothing else — the alert
pipeline's notifications live on the Notifications page.

Note ``delivered`` is devices FCM ACCEPTED, and the row is written before
the push is attempted.  ``0 / 2`` therefore means claimed but nothing
arrived, not a silent success.
