- GatewaySyncMigration: gatewaySyncMigration is a command that sync migration
  - `json` boolean: Set output format to JSON
  - `name` string, required: Migration name
  - `start-sync` boolean: true, for starting synchronization, false for stopping
  - `token` string: Authentication token (see `/auth` and `/configure`)
  - `uid-token` string: The universal identity token, Required only for universal_identity authentication
