- DeleteTargetAssociation: deleteTargetAssociation is a command that deletes an association between target and item.
  - `assoc-id` string: The association id to be deleted
  - `json` boolean: Set output format to JSON
  - `name` string, required: Item name
  - `target-name` string: The target to associate
  - `token` string: Authentication token (see `/auth` and `/configure`)
  - `uid-token` string: The universal identity token, Required only for universal_identity authentication
