`POST /esm-create`

## Request body

- EsmCreate: esmCreate is a command that creates a new secret in an External Secrets Manager
  - `binary-value` boolean: Use this option if the external secret value is a base64 encoded binary
  - `description` string: Description of the external secret
  - `esm-name` string, required: Name of the External Secrets Manager item
  - `json` boolean: Set output format to JSON
  - `secret-name` string, required: Name for the new external secret
  - `tags` object: Tags for the external secret
  - `token` string: Authentication token (see `/auth` and `/configure`)
  - `uid-token` string: The universal identity token, Required only for universal_identity authentication
  - `value` string, required: Value of the external secret item, either text or base64 encoded binary

## Response `200`

esmCreateResponse wraps response body.

- EsmCreateSecretOutput
  - `partial_failure` string: PartialFailure aggregates per-target create failures when some targets still succeeded.
  - `secret_id` string
  - `selected_environments` string: SelectedEnvironments is the subset of GitHub environments where create succeeded (comma-separated).
  - `selected_repositories` string: SelectedRepositories is the subset of GitHub repositories where create succeeded (comma-separated).
  - `version_id` string
