# Create a new custom field.

`POST /account-custom-field-create`

## Request body

- AccountCustomFieldCreate: accountCustomFieldCreate is a command that creates a new custom field in the account settings
  - `json` boolean: Set output format to JSON
  - `name` string, required: The name of the custom field
  - `object` string, required: The object to create the custom field
  - `object-type` string, required: The object type to create the custom field [e.g. STATIC_SECRET,DYNAMIC_SECRET,ROTATED_SECRET]
  - `required` boolean: Specify whether the custom field is mandatory
  - `token` string: Authentication token (see `/auth` and `/configure`)
  - `uid-token` string: The universal identity token, Required only for universal_identity authentication

## Response `200`

accountCustomFieldCreateResponse wraps response body.
