`GET /v1/project-budgets`

      - `endDate` string, required: Last day of the current calendar month (UTC)
      - `committedUsd` number, required: Deposits recorded for the project this month, the figure new deposits are judged against
    - `createdAt` string, required
    - `updatedAt` string, required

## Other responses

- `400`: The projectId is not a uuid
- `401`: Unauthorized
