# Delete the active team organization, forfeiting its remaining credits, once none of its deployments is running

`DELETE /v1/organizations/{id}`

## Path parameters

- `id` string, uuid, required

## Query parameters

- `acknowledgedForfeitUsd` number: The credits, in USD, the owner was shown and agreed to forfeit, compared to the cent; deleting is refused while the organization holds more, and the refusal reports the `balanceUsd` to send.

## Response `204`

The organization was deleted

## Other responses

- `400`: The id or the acknowledged amount is not valid, or the organization holds more credits than the owner acknowledged forfeiting (`forfeit_acknowledgement_required`)
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: The caller is not an owner, the organization is a personal one (`personal_organization`), or the request was not made from a signed-in session (`session_required`)
- `404`: The organization is not the active one
- `409`: Deployments of the organization are still running or being created (`active_deployments`)
