# Preview an organization invitation from the token of its link

`POST /v1/invitations/preview`

## Request

## Request body

    - `token` string, required: The token from the invitation link.

## Response `200`

Who sent the invitation, to which organization and in which state

- object
  - `data` object, required
    - `organizationId` string, uuid, required: The organization the invitation joins, the same id it has once the invitee is a member.
    - `organizationName` string, required
    - `inviterName` string, nullable, required
    - `role` 'owner' | 'admin' | 'member' | 'billing' | 'viewer', required
    - `email` string, required: The address the invitation was sent to.
    - `status` 'pending' | 'accepted' | 'revoked' | 'expired', required
    - `expiresAt` string, date-time, required

## Other responses

- `400`: The token is not an invitation token
- `404`: No invitation has this token, or its organization was deleted
