      - `hour_start` string, required: Timestamp in ISO 8601 format, always in UTC
      - `peak_stored_bytes` integer, required: Peak bytes stored on object storage at this hour
  - `total_storage_usage` integer, required: Total storage usage by tiered storage, in bytes
