  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

## Request body

  - `tenant` string, required
  - `url` string, required: Must be https:// and resolve to a public host — loopback, private/link-local ranges, non-standard ports and embedded credentials are rejected
  - `description` string
  - `event_types` string[]

## Response `200`
