`POST /keys`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.aitwire.com/v1`
- URL: `https://api.aitwire.com/v1/keys`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

## Request body

- object
  - `tenant_id` string, required
  - `name` string
  - `scopes` string[]: Fine-grained scopes (entities:read, scans:run, etc.) or legacy (read/write)

## Response `201`

Key created (full key shown once)
