# Patch an existing item-relation

`PATCH /api/workspaces/item-relations/{itemRelationId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.airfocus.com`

Returns the whole updated item-relation with its sanitised data.<br/>Requirements:<br/>- auth-client scopes: "workspace"<br/>- user permission: "write" or higher
