# Block a pilot

`POST /orgmng/pilots/{id}/block`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:8486`
- URL: `http://localhost:8486/orgmng/pilots/{id}/block`
- Auth: API key in header `x-auth-token`

Blocks the pilot in the system and in idp. After this, the pilot cannot log in.

## Path parameters

- `id` integer, required

## Response `204`

Pilot blocked successfully

## Other responses

- `404`: Pilot not found
- `409`: Pilot is already blocked or retired
- `500`: Internal server error
