# Get paginated list of organizations

`GET /orgmng/organizations`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:8486`
- URL: `http://localhost:8486/orgmng/organizations`
- Auth: API key in header `x-auth-token`

Returns paginated organizations. Optional search filters by name/id (portal autocomplete). Omitting search preserves the legacy paginated list used by mobile.

## Query parameters

- `page` integer
- `size` integer
- `sort` string: Sort criteria. Prefer Spring-style repeated params, e.g. sort=status,DESC&sort=id,DESC. Each value is `field` (default DESC) or `field,DIR`. Repeated sort params are joined by the binder; a single value such as status,DESC,id,DESC is also accepted. Invalid formats fall back to id,DESC.

  - `totalPages` integer: Total number of pages
  - `first` boolean: Whether this is the first page
  - `last` boolean: Whether this is the last page
  - `empty` boolean: Whether the page is empty

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid query parameters
- `500`: Internal server error
