# The public measurement registry

`GET /api/certifications/registry`

Issued records, newest first, public fields only (the operator email is never stored or served). Two kinds are listed together and each entry says which it is: `score-report` (id AIO-S0-…), issued for every completed dual-gate attempt and carrying no pass or fail, and `certificate` (id AIO-C0-…), a legacy record from the period when Tier 0 applied a pass threshold, preserved exactly as signed and marked `legacy: true`. Returns an empty list until the first record is issued. Every entry is re-verified server-side at read time, so a forged record shows up as `signatureValid: false`.

Purely descriptive: it compares the attempt with a small panel of models measured under the same conditions in an arm that was never shown the pack. No band is a pass and no band is a failure. Part of the signed payload, and reproducible by anyone holding the same reference file.
