Fully offline, upload-driven verifier for OCG receipts: recomputes the execution_hash, verifies any eddsa-jcs-2022 Ed25519 audit_signature.proof, and checks RFC 6962 Merkle inclusion against an anchor_bindings entry. Snapshot-batch mode verifies many receipts against one uploaded checkpoint note. Zero network calls anywhere in the tool.
