Fully offline, upload-driven verifier for a Helm matter export (matter-manifest.schema.json, HELM-MATTER-BUILD-SPEC.md §2). Validates the manifest's shape, recomputes manifest_digest via the same JCS canon path OCG artifacts use, and renders every binding and deadline with a distinct, never-collapsed status label. Optionally checks one bound artifact's own execution_hash, eddsa-jcs-2022 signature, and RFC 6962 anchor against a binding's subject_hash. Zero network calls anywhere in the tool.
