Recomputes reserve ratio, weighted-average maturity, and per-holding GENIUS eligible-asset match from three independently-sourced legs (issuer disclosure with a per-asset-class breakdown, EDGAR N-MFP Part 1 series summary, declared on-chain supply), then reconciles them against each other, skew-gated on how far apart their as-of dates are. Each leg is optional; a missing leg drives every check that depends on it to INDETERMINATE, never a fabricated pass. Reserve-ratio and WAM-ceiling checks use MET/NOT_MET/INDETERMINATE vocabulary; per-holding GENIUS eligible-asset flags use MATCHES_CRITERION/DOES_NOT_MATCH/INDETERMINATE (the statutory catch-all item always INDETERMINATE, never auto-matched, no overall_eligibility field of any kind); the three cross-source reconcile checks use RECONCILED/DISCREPANT/INDETERMINATE. A RECOMPUTE only: never a solvency claim, never an audit, never a third-party sign-off, never 'satisfies GENIUS'.
