Recomputes the EU Directive (EU) 2023/2225 (CCD2) annual percentage rate of charge (APRC) from a caller-supplied drawdown/repayment schedule against Annex III Part I's basic equation, solved by bracketed bisection for the rate X. Reports converged, bracketed, iterations_used and residual_at_convergence as honesty fields alongside aprc_pct, rounded to at least one decimal place per Annex III Part I remark (d), half-up on the next digit. Verify-only: does not determine CCD2 applicability and does not assert compliance.
