Deterministic foreign-subsidiary consolidation arithmetic over caller-declared synthetic inputs, per the translation method: equity translated at declared current and historical rates, the cumulative translation adjustment as the difference, and the parent/minority split at the declared ownership percentage. No FX feed, no ledger store, no network, no clock.
