Recompute the self-addressing identifiers (SAIDs) of a pasted ACDC / vLEI credential (Blake3-256 or SHA2-256 CESR derivation codes) across the top-level and nested a/e/r blocks, and cross-check the schema SAID against a pinned table of official GLEIF vLEI schema SAIDs. Structural check only — not a KERI chain-of-trust verifier, not issuer authority, not revocation state. Paste-mode. Zero egress. Zero PII.
