# DISE Readiness Gap Analyzer

Reads a DISE caption-to-category coverage matrix (the T581 matrix builder's output, or a caller-pasted equivalent) and classifies every required-category by income-statement-caption cell as no_coverage, partial_coverage or full_coverage. Ranks the gaps by materiality when dollar amounts are supplied, otherwise by declared category order, and returns a plain-English remediation note for each gap. Verify-only: it measures coverage of the pasted mapping and never asserts that a disclosure requirement has been met.
