# List notes/papers from AI Note. Supports keyword search across title and content, category filtering, pagination, and sorting. Returns id/title/content_preview/category_id/created_at. List notes/papers from AI Note. Supports keyword search across title and content, category filtering, pagination, and sorting. Returns id/title/content_preview/category_id/created_at. Use this when the user asks 'find my note about X', 'what did I write on Y', or wants to search their knowledge base.

## Request body

- object
  - `search` string: Keyword to match in paper title or content (case-insensitive partial match)
  - `category_id` string: Filter by category UUID
  - `paper_category_id` string: Filter by paper-specific folder UUID
  - `source_type` string: Filter by source type (e.g., 'manual', 'youtube', 'url', 'clipboard')
  - `limit` number: Maximum number of papers to return (default: 25, max: 200)
  - `offset` number: Number to skip for pagination (default: 0)
  - `sort_by` 'created_at' | 'updated_at' | 'title': Sort field (default: updated_at)
  - `sort_order` 'asc' | 'desc': Sort order (default: desc)

## Response `200`

Tool executed successfully

- ToolSuccessResponse: Successful tool invocation. `content` mirrors the MCP `tools/call` result shape: an array of content blocks (text and optionally a structured resource payload).
